Refund and Cancellation Policy
Dishawaan Marketing Private Limited
At Dishawaan Marketing Private Limited, we value our customers,
students, and Direct Sellers. To maintain transparency and trust, this Refund
and Cancellation Policy is framed in accordance with the
Consumer Protection (Direct Selling) Rules and applicable laws of India.
1. Cooling-off Period
As per Government guidelines, we provide a 24 Hours Cooling-off Period
to all new participants. If you have purchased an educational package and are
not satisfied, you may request a refund within the cooling-off period, subject
to the eligibility criteria mentioned below.
2. Eligibility Criteria for Refund
To be eligible for a refund, all of the following conditions must be satisfied:
- The refund request must be submitted within 24 Hours from the date of purchase.
- The user must not have accessed or consumed more than 1% of the digital course content.
- Any physical study material or kits provided must be returned in their original,
unused, and undamaged condition.
3. Refund Process
To initiate a refund request, please follow the steps below:
- Send an email from your registered email ID to
info.dishawaanmarketing@zohomail.in.
- Mention your User ID and Order ID.
- Attach a copy of the payment receipt.
- Briefly state the reason for requesting a refund (optional but appreciated).
4. Deductions and Adjustments

Transaction Fees: Payment gateway charges and administrative
fees (if any) are non-refundable.

Commission Adjustments: If any commission, incentive, or bonus
has been generated and paid to a mentor or Direct Seller based on your purchase,
such amount shall be deducted from the refund.

Taxes: GST or other statutory taxes paid to the Government at the
time of purchase are generally non-refundable as per applicable tax laws.
5. Refund Timeline
Once the refund request is verified and approved, the eligible refund amount
shall be credited back to the original payment method
(Bank Account / UPI / Card) within 7 to 14 working days.
6. Non-Refundable Items
Refunds shall not be issued in the following cases:
- Refund requests made after the expiry of the 24 Hours cooling-off period.

Accounts terminated due to violation of the Company’s Terms & Conditions,
Code of Conduct, or Code of Ethics.

Participation in live workshops, webinars, mentoring sessions, or certification
exams that have already been conducted.
