Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully before using the ONO Education mobile application or the Dishawaan website. By registering as a Direct Seller or Student/User, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

• Must be at least 18 years of age and a resident of India to register as a Direct Seller.
• Must possess a valid PAN Card and a Bank Account in the user’s own name.

2. Registration & Direct Seller Associates

• Registration on the Dishawaan platform is completely FREE. There is no joining fee or investment fee.
• Payments are required only for the purchase of Skill Education Courses or Digital Content.
• Users must provide accurate, complete, and verifiable information during the KYC process.

3. Direct Seller Code of Conduct

As a Direct Seller, you agree to:

• Not make misleading claims regarding earnings or promote “get-rich-quick” schemes.
• Represent Skill Education courses truthfully and transparently.
• Comply with the Consumer Protection (Direct Selling) Rules, 2021.
• Not use the Company’s brand name, logo, or materials for unauthorized advertising.

4. Commission & Payouts

• Commissions are paid solely on the sale of educational courses and services.
• No commission is payable for merely recruiting new members.
• TDS: Tax shall be deducted at source as per the Income Tax Act before releasing commissions.
• Admin Charges: Reasonable administrative or service charges may be deducted as per company policy.

5. Refund & Cooling-Off Period

• Cooling-off Period: As per Government regulations, new Direct Sellers are entitled to a cooling-off period of 24 hours to cancel their agreement.
• Since the products are digital and skill-based education courses, refunds depend on whether the course content has been accessed or consumed.

6. Intellectual Property

• All course materials, videos, PDFs, and application interfaces are the intellectual property of ONO Education presented by Dishawaan Marketing Pvt. Ltd.
• Unauthorized recording, copying, sharing, or resale of content is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination and legal action.

7. Prohibition of Pyramid Schemes

• The Company does not promote or operate any Pyramid or Money Circulation Scheme.
• The business model is strictly a Service-for-Sale model linked to education packages.

8. Termination

• The Company reserves the right to terminate the ID of any Direct Seller found violating the Code of Conduct, indulging in cross-lining, or spreading misinformation.
• Upon termination, all pending commissions and access to the network shall be forfeited.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Company shall not be responsible for any verbal or written promises made by independent Direct Sellers that are not part of the official Company Compensation Plan or policies.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

• These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
• Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Mirzapur, Uttar Pradesh.
